Dam & Partners Architects

Designed by Dam & Partners Architects, Brooklyn Heights is a cohesive ensemble of four buildings whose individual and collective identity will be decided in consultation with future users.

Dam & Partners have produced a highly versatile design that gives users plenty of scope to realize their own ideal vision in terms of space, comfort and corporate image. The facade, the spatial lay-out and the finishing can be differentiated and individualized. A roof garden is also among the options. The aim is to achieve optimal harmony between the collective identity of Brooklyn Heights and the individual identity of the businesses that operate there.

"Optimal harmony between the collective and individual identity: four compactly designed volumes, varying in height from four to six storeys and linked by a specially designed park atop the shared car park. A composition that makes interesting use of intermediate and external space, lines of vision and connecting pathways. Robust facades of red masonry lend solidity which is offset by the effect of transparency created by large glass surfaces."
